My favourite quote - 25/30

Welcome to day 25 of the blogging challenge.

Today's post is about my favourite quote.

I have a couple,

"Live for nothing, die for something"
"Hope for the best, plan for the worst"
"An army of sheep led by a lion can defeat an army of lions led by a sheep"

The first quote "Live for nothing, die for something" I actually have tattooed across my back. I heard this quote from the 4th Rambo film. No idea where they got it from but it stuck with me. My "dying for something" will be knowing that I've made a difference in my children's lives and that I have had a positive impact on their lives.

The second quote 'hope for the best, plan for the worst' is from Lee Childs Jack Reacher series of books (which are awesome). Again no idea where he got it from but this quote suits me best at work. Anyone who is a manager in retail will know that this quote is good practice.

Finally the third quote "An army of sheep led by a lion can defeat an army of lions led by a sheep" I found online one day and is a roundabout quote from Alexander the great. To me, this quote means if you are a good leader you can achieve anything no matter what the odds are. Be organised and disciplined and you will reach your goals.
