Pregnancy - What I imagine it's not like

You have to cook a baby for 9 months. I imagine it's not like cooking a roast.

Thank you!

You often feel bloated. I imagine it's not like being bloated from too much KFC.

Thank you!

You have lots of sickness which isn't very nice. I imagine it's not like the sickness after a bitchin night out.

Thank you!

You have to get up to go to the toilet loads. I imagine it's not like getting up to get beer from the fridge.

Thank you!

You have to deal with stretch marks from the baby growing so much. I imagine it's not like getting stretch marks from going beast mode at the gym.

Thank you!

You have to deal with the baby doing summersaults in your stomach. I imagine it's not like the summersaults after a bad curry.

Thank you!

You have to deal with putting on extra weight because the baby is growing. I imagine it's not like putting on weight because Domino's are doing any size for £6.99.

Thank you!

You get mood swings and cry for what seems like no reason. I imagine it's not like mood swings and crying because your horse came second and you put "win" instead of "each way".

Thank you!

You have to deal with doctor's looking down there and saying "eh Hilary come and have a look at this". I imagine it's not like walking past Hugh Rice and seeing your favourite watch at half price and saying "eh wifey come and have a look at this".

Thank you!

You have to deal with the baby for the rest of your life.

Thank you!

We as blokes can never replicate in any way what you do for us by giving us a child. Thank you to every woman that has ever brought a child into this world.

Thank you to my wife for giving me two beautiful children. I love you more than I ever thought would be possible.

  7. Nothing like any of those comparisons! The worst aspect is the temporary weight gain; about an extra 3 stones by full term and zero centre of gravity control. lol #oldschoolposts
